Ok, so I got a new camera. I didn't really want to because my old one works just fine, except that I can't seem to find the battery charger for it and it's out of juice. I figured I could put off the purchase until I was able to find the battery charger (I don't take many pictures anyway), but then I needed a camera for one of my classes this semester. I bought myself a
Nikon Coolpix S220. I also bought a 4 gb SD card to put in it.
Overall I am satisfied so far. It has 10 mp and a 3x optical zoom, pretty good for $150! My old camera only had 6mp, which is plenty. But 10 is that much better! I can also play with the color settings in the camera before I take the picture, saves a step in photoshop. I like it, here are a couple samples of pictures I took.
